Anyone know of a place to get utility assistance? Power cut off for about a week.NCEON can help but don't want to,Community Action can't, Emergency Assistance at DHS is not going interviews to receive the assistance.Salvation Army has 0 funds. Md fuel fund will only pay a portion and appointment set for over a week away.Has it always been this hard to get help in AA county..they just give referrals to get rid of you.Just a mom/college student trying to get through winter.Thanks
