I like to read, write, play with my son, spend time with my wife, and coach my track & field and cross country teams when I'm not writing articles for Patch.com.  I am a huge Ravens and Orioles fan and love to support the team by attending games and watching every game. 

I was born in Baltimore (1971) and grew up in Anne Arundel County living in Severna Park, Millersville, Arnold, Pasadena, and Annapolis.  I went to school at Towson State before attending graduate school and coaching at Auburn University in Alabama.
