The long-awaited Prime Rib restaurant is now open at the Maryland Live! casino. It is the fourth location for the high-end eatery known for its well-reviewed steaks and seafood. According to an announcement, the non-steak highlights of the restaurant include: The Prime Rib has other locations in Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Baltimore, and is know for its high ratings from Zagat and other groups. Steak prices range from $36 for 12-ounce prime rib entree, to $57 to a full bone-in rib eye. The Prime Rib is open from Sunday through Thursday from 5:30-10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30-11:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended and business attire is suggested.
