Just to refresh everyone's memory, the new gasoline taxes are funding weekend MARC service. Back then, it was very difficult to find good GF foods, but not now! So what if it's a fad? I don't think it hurts to go GF, however it does take a huge bite out of your wallet. And, as pointed out in the article, many of the GF items are higher in calories than regular products. So those two things should be considered.
