This school serves students living in the Seven Oaks community as well as some who reside in nearby Fort Meade. Built in 2007, it is one of the newer schools in the county. Seven Oaks offers education for grades pre-K through 5, and is one of 16 schools in the county with early-childhood intervention classes, to assist younger children who have developmental delays.
Unlike other elementary schools in Odenton, Seven Oaks is a feeder school for MacArthur Middle School and Meade High School. Lisa Leitholf is the principal.
