Seven Oaks is a 725-acre planned subdivision located off of Annapolis Road. The development has been around since 1987. Once you sign a lease on a home in Seven Oaks, you automatically become a member of the Homeowners' Association. The association is headed by a Board of Directors and an Association Committee. To live in the community, there are certain bylaws that you must follow. However, the community offers many services and amenities, including a fitness center, day care center, pool and tennis courts.

Don't bother with Seven Oaks. The community association is run by a bunch of illogical, argumentative women who must believe they are uber- important. They refuse to take care of their responsiblities, and yet always try to stick it to the homeowner. They should put their efforts into serving the good of the community instead of their self-important domination over others. Go live in Piney Orchard instead.
