The Seven Oaks Community Association serves the Seven Oaks community, which began development in 1987.  The association operates 2 separate community centers.  The one on Talford Court offers many recreational opportunities, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court and picnic areas that are are open to residents of the community and their guests.  The  center contains a party room perfect for children's birthday parties, meetings and other events or meetings. There are tables and chairs for approximately 50 people, with a room capacity of 63, and a partial kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Behind the community center is a gazebo and grills.
