By far the worst place I have ever lived at. Not only is the crime rate through the roof but you will constantly be hounded by management for the dumbest things in the world. They constantly do this so that they can distract you from the real crime that's going on in the area which includes but is not limited to motorcycle/motor scooter/bike theft, break ins, vandalism, robberies and much more. NO I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. Look at the surrounding area. There are 4 projects and they sure do make a lot of money stealing from innocent victims at lake village. This has been gone on far to long and management has yet to do anything about it. They wont even put up one single camera at the couple exits they have which many residents have asked for.
BUYER BEWARE LAKE VILLAGE IS AN OVER PRICED, DRESSED UP GHETTO.
