It's not the best Chinese food I've ever had, but the buffet is very consistent and good. It's close, they know me by name, and they sometimes offer me what they know I like in addition to what is offered on the buffet. You may ask for Wonton Soup, even though it is not on the buffet. Lunch with soda/tea is about $10 and Dinner with soda/tea is about $14 (including tax and a modest tip for the hostess).
They've been through a number of hostesses since they opened - with varying levels of English communication, and varying levels of customer service. The current hostess (serving the dining room) is higher than average in communication, but lower than average in attentiveness (cleaning tables, refilling soda, and bringing the check).
There is no mistake that all the take out food is of a higher quality than on the buffet, so if you cannot eat in, I recommend the take out over the buffet-to-go (pay-by-the-pound).
They are sometimes slow to refill the crab legs, which is the main difference in the price and offerings from lunch to dinner. The crab legs are ok. My favorites are the General Tso Chicken, the Egg Foo Young, when they have it (and make sure to ask for the proper gravy), and the almond cookies in my soft ice cream.

I totally agree with J. Qualey's comments. It's not the best Chinese food I've had, but it is very consistent and good. The location is convenient for me. It's always clean and the employees are nice. My favorites are the General Tso chicken, crispy noodles, and the green beans. I would love to see sesame chicken and more vegetable sides - carrots, fried sweet potatoes, etc.
