Established in 1979, Buck Murphy's Bar & Grill is small, but absolutely friendly. Once inside, customers quickly learn that the patrons and staff alike are down to earth. It is a cash-only establishment, but it does have an ATM machine onsite. It is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Friday nights, a buffet is offered and also on Sundays when there is Nascar or NFL playing on the 50-inch big-screen TV. Buck Murphy's Bar & Grill also has a coin-operated pool table and a variety of lottery choices, including Keno, scratch-offs and lottery tickets for sale. It has outdoor seating that consists of three picnic tables with umbrellas.

Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, customers won't leave hungry because the portions are huge. When customers try the famous chili, a liability waiver may be asked to be signed, because a refund will not be forthcoming for it, as it's that hot.
