From a news release:

Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating is offering free sailing excursions for physically and developmentally disabled individuals.

The next SailFree will be held June 29 at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis. Come and experience the joy of sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. There is no charge for this event.

Experienced skippers will take groups of up to five people at a time out on the Bay in Freedom 20 sailboats. The stable and safe sailboat is designed to accommodate disabled sailors and crew.

We are equipped to easily accommodate guests in wheelchairs. Our volunteers are skilled at comfortably moving people from chair to boat and back using our custom folding bench to easily slide aboard.

Organizers will welcome guests and sail from our dock at Sandy Point Marina from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and drinking water. CRAB will provide life jackets for everyone.

We sail even if it's raining lightly. Weather on the Bay can change quickly, so check our website for last minute updates or cancellations.
