The Arundel High baseball team finished its home season with a 2-1 win over Southern High, and took time to honor its seniors and alumni.
With dozens of former players and coaches in attendance, pitcher Cooper Hibbs allowed just three hits. Senior Dalton Durocher had an RBI hit in his final home game.
The team recognized former assistant coach Nick Jauschnegg, who retired from Anne Arundel County Public Schools last year.
The school dedicated the baseball press and concession box in his honor and retired his number.
The graduating seniors included:
Matt Shin - Has been accepted to the University of Maryland's Honors Program.
Matt Kerrigan - Will be attending the University of Maryland.
Dalton Durocher - Will attend Stetson University in Florida.
Corey Lesczynski - Undecided on college, but hopes to play baseball there.
Keith Grassel - Plans to attend Anne Arundel County Community College, then transfer to a four-year college to complete an engineering degree.
Be sure to check out the photos of each senior, as well as shots of game action from photographer Todd Breese.
