Old Mill Students Among Top Future Business Leaders

Old Mill High School will send three students to represent Anne Arundel County Public Schools at the National Future Business Leaders of America Conference.

Three students from will head to San Antonio, TX, to represent the county in the National Future Business Leaders of America Conference (FBLA), according to a press release from Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

Maurice Debeary, Sovi Ovreiu and Daniel Warehime were second-place finishers at the state-level FBLA conference, competing in the Management Information Systems Team category. They will travel to San Antonio next month to compete in the national FBLA conference.

In all, 15 county students will head to San Antonio. Ten students from North County High School qualified for the national conference, along with two from Chesapeake High.

The conference will take place from June 29 to July 3.
