Anne Arundel County Police are searching for a man who robbed the Capital One Bank in the 7900 block of Ritchie Highway Glen Burnie Monday afternoon.
Police were called to the bank about 2:12 p.m. Employees said a man had entered the bank and showed a note announcing a robbery. Bank employees complied and an undisclosed amount of money was given to the suspect.
The man fled the bank, possibly on a bicycle, northbound toward Ritchie Highway.
The suspect is described as a black man wearing a white or gray T-shirt, light-colored jeans and a black hat. He was also carrying a black backpack with him.
Several officers, including K-9 and aviation, responded to the scene without locating the suspect.
