PHOTOS: Chamber's 50th Anniversary Bash

Scores of local business and political leaders came out to the party on the site of the former Nevamar factory.

It was a large and spirited gathering Wednesday, as the hosted its 50th Anniversary celebration. 

Dozens of local business and political leaders came out for the event, held under a tent at the site of the development along Telegraph Road. 

Attendees heard about plans for hundreds of new apartments the site, which was formerly the home of the Nevamar factory. They also got a lesson in Odenton history, as past chamber presidents were on hand, along with members of the Odenton Heritage Society. 

Phil Butts and the Sunset Band performed live, while J. King's offered a catered barbeque dinner.
