Boot Camp begins Monday March 10 at Crofton Middle

Small group training with 12 challenging workouts designed to test your strength and endurance.  This session will feature HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) including Tabata for a total body workout using body weight exercises, dumbbells, med balls, gliding discs, bands, and the agility ladder.  Push yourself past your comfort zone with challenges like those featured in Men's Health and our 3 minute Burpee/Pushup Challenge!
