Small group training with 10 challenging workouts designed to test your strength, endurance, and stamina. This is a total body workout with cardio and strength intervals including Tabata Training, using body weight exercises, dumbbells, med balls, gliders, bands, and the agility ladder. The fitness industry has identified interval training as one of the top trends for 2014.
Our group regularly completes challenges including those featured in Men's Health and STACK. Workouts designed and led by ACE Certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor Suzanne Stringer.
