Boot Camp begins May 5 at Crofton Middle

Small group training with 10 challenging workouts designed to test your strength, endurance, and stamina.  A total body workout with cardio and strength intervals, including Tabata Training, using body weight exercises, dumbbells, med balls, bands, gliders, and the agility ladder.  Our group completes challenges like those featured in Men's Health and STACK.
Workouts designed and led by ACE Certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor Suzanne Stringer.
