County Recs and Parks is now registering for it's 3rd session of Boot Camp at Crofton Middle which will be Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:45-5:45. Workouts include body weight exercises, dumbbells, medicine balls, gliding disks, and ropeless jump ropes.
