Zumba Gold is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rythms created in the origingal ZUMBA program and bring them to the active older adult,the beginner participant and other special populations that may need modifications for success.

More About Seven Oaks Community Association
The Seven Oaks Community Association serves the Seven Oaks community, which began development in 1987. The association operates 2 separate community centers. The one on Talford Court offers many recreational opportunities, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court and picnic areas that are are open to residents of the community and their guests. The center contains a party room perfect for children's birthday parties, meetings and other events or meetings. There are tables and chairs for approximately 50 people, with a room capacity of 63, and a partial kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Behind the community center is a gazebo and grills.
