Odenton Genial Genealogists Meeting
An up and coming term in the genealogical community is “genetic genealogy.” This term refers to the use of DNA analysis to determine common ancestry. There are lots of promising outcomes, but an equal amount of pitfalls to using these technical analyses. On Monday, November 26, Barbara Girgash, a member of the Odenton Genial Genealogists, will remove some of the mystery in the use of DNA in genealogical research. She will be giving a tutorial on the subject on Monday, November 26, at the O?Malley Senior Center Annex in Odenton, from 1pm to 3pm. A video is also included.
