This historic church located just off of Reece Road has been in the area since the late 1800s. While the individuals who walk through its doors have come and gone, the church's influence and outreach have remained constant. The church hosts a food kitchen for the less fortunate, offers its facility for local Boy and Girl Scout clubs and continues to collect support for Haiti relief victims. 

Led by The Rev. Wendy van Vliet, the Severn United Methodist Church is as deeply rooted in community as is its history.
