Riverscape Offers Incentives at Open House
Anyone who applies for an apartment between Friday and Sunday could get discounts or gift cards.
Riverscape will have an open house on Saturday and Sunday, with free goodies for those who apply.

The Riverscape Apartments in Piney Orchard will hold an open house this weekend, and will be offering special incentives to encourage applications.
The open house will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Anyone who applies for an apartment between Friday and Sunday will be eligible for prizes including gift cards and waived fees on carport rentals and pets.

This is located in Piney Orchard. We lived there when we moved here from California while we were house hunting. We lived in a 3 BRM on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Great place, it's well kept, full size washers and dryers in the apt. In the summer there were BBQ's in the pool area put on by the apt mgmt, fresh cookies in the lobby. Well maintained pool. Parking is a problem if you come home late at night unless you opt for a reserved spot for extra $. You can walk to the Piney Orchard Shopping Center too.

I'm always a little leary about apartment complexes that are part of larger HOAs but your recommendation makes it worth taking a look at.

Did have a chance to look at it today. Nice place with all the amenities of both an apartment complex and the larger HOA so there is a big choice of ammenities abailable. Little bit of a sticker shock - didn't realize that rentals were about the same, or more, than a mortgage payment. It might be worth it for the fresh baked cookies.
