In a sure sign that spring is right around the corner, Rita's Italian Ice will begin a new season on Friday.

The Rita's on Odenton Road will open up at noon on Friday. It is currently looking to hire staff for the coming season. 

Rita's recently announced a new rewards program that allows you to earn loyalty rewards through an application on your smartphone.

On March 21, the Crofton Rita's will be giving away free Italian ice to customers.
