Hundreds of area residents came out to the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company hall Saturday for the annual Odenton Day festivities.

There were dozens of community groups and businesses on hand, and residents took part in a 5k run and 10k bike ride through town.

The OVFC held fire safety demonstrations, and there were dance shows and other entertainment.

Many residents hopped on the shuttle to the Odenton Heritage Society Museum, which held an open house. (The museum building—formerly the town's Masonic Lodge—turns 100 years old this month.)

The Odenton Heritage Society also offered walking tours of historic Odenton.
