Photos: A Village Rises Near the MARC Station
Have you been by the MARC station recently to see the progress of the Village at Odenton Station Project? It's really coming along.
If you haven't been back by the Odenton MARC station recently, you may not be aware of the quick progress in construction for the massive Village at Odenton Station.
The major buildings of the project at Town Center Boulevard and Duckens Street are starting to take shape, with the exterior of some buildings reaching completion. You can also see the large tower that will sit in the middle of the parking lot and plaza between the buildings.
The Village at Odenton Station will have 235 apartments and 57,000 square feet of retail. Construction is expected to be done by next summer.
The Dolben Company is the main developer of the project, with Bovis Lend Lease handling construction.
Brokers are now working to complete lease agreements with a variety of tenants, including a major Italian restaurant and some service-oriented retailers.
Be sure to check out the Youtube video featuring renderings of what the Village at Odenton Station is supposed to look like when it's done.

Now, if we could get sidewalks from the High School to the library how good life would be!
