New Homes on Waugh Chapel Get Final Approval
The county's development office approves plans for 13 homes in a project known as Crawfords Knoll.
Plans for 14 new homes along Waugh Chapel Road will move ahead after receiving final approval from county officials.
The Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning approved final plans for Crawfords Knoll, a new single-family home development in Odenton, just south of where the WB&A Trail connects with Waugh Chapel Road.
Delivery of the homes is expected in June.
Prices on the homes range from $389,900 to $419,900, according to the website of the developer, Ameristar.
You can see renderings of the homes AOL Real Estate.
Any students living in the development would be designated to Waugh Chapel Elementary School, Arundel Middle School or Arundel High School.

Ameristar Homes, based in Glen Burnie, is building this community. As a realtor who sometimes deals with the firm, I can tell you that only three of the 14 Crawford's Knoll lots are still available. Ameristar builds a quality product. They are one of only nine Certified Master Builders in the state of Maryland (out of 2,300 total home builders).
