A local television station stopped by an Odenton fitness club last week to profile the center's Zumba classes for kids.

WBFF Fox 45 in Baltimore highlighted the "ZumbAtomic" classes offered by Transformations Fitness for Women, located in the Seven Oaks shopping center.

The segment, which was shot last Wednesday, featured an interview with instructor Roxana Berkheimer at the gym, plus plenty of footage of local kids having a good time.

The classes are offered twice a week and are geared toward children between ages 6 and 12. They are inspired by Zumba, a Latin-inspired dance workout.

Fox 45 profiled the classes as part of its "Health Check" segment.
