Probably not. It is a federal Instalation and federal laws apply. Try A.A. if you cann't celebrate this nation's birthday sober.

Then, could you kindly explain why they have a bar on post? You are talking out the side of your neck.
You might want to consider staying home and watching your favorite fireworks screensaver and having dinner with your cats if you are just going to Ft. Meade to be a super-cop.

Just out of curiosity Ronald, what federal law would that be? There is no ban on the consumption of alcoholic beverages on Fort Meade and I would bet good money that at least beer will be offered for sale.

Public intoxication, dui laws, the list goes on. The issue is simple: why is that the first and only question that comes up? How about: what entertainment is there, what activities, when is the parade? Not 'Is there alcohol'? I also don't believe n gambling so I'll defer your request to 'bet good money' as opposed to 'bad money' and refer you to gamblers ananomous as well Tommy.

Ronald, why don't you try a spelling class if you can't spell this nation's language :-)) And don't you think those who work to defend this country are entitled to a few beers? Lighten up!!

As long as you got the message please excuse my spelling. What is this Nation's language - there is a lot of debate on that as well. No issue with a 'few' beers. Just with the position that unless there is beer it's not a party. Being a decorated, honorably discharged Viet Nam Veteran and Desert Storm Participant I support anyone's right to drink until they pass out. Drink - eat - and be merry. BUT it shouldn't be first on the list.

Ronald - I believe I have the right to decide what my first question is. This is not your call. Plus, I didn't have any other questions as everything else was pretty clear to me! Are you going to be the regulator of all questions?? Please!!!

Thank you John. I'm assuming bringing canned beer in though is probably not allowed?
