Five Charged in Robbery of Pizza Delivery Man

Police said three Odenton residents and teens from Glen Burnie and Severn were involved in the incident early Friday morning in Seven Oaks.

Anne Arundel County police arrested five people in connection with the robbery of a pizza driver in Seven Oaks early Friday morning.

Police charged Odenton residents Dionte Cain, 20, Taylor Alyssa Crawford, 19, and Bijan Rene Adams, 18 with robbery. They also charged Brandon Lemar-Irving Dudley, 18, of Glen Burnie. A 17-year-old from Severn was also handed a juvenile citation.

According to a police press release, an officer was on patrol when the delivery driver approached him and told him he was trying to make a delivery near the 2200 block of Conquest Drive when he was approached from behind and assaulted by several men. The victim told police that he dropped his food and drove out of the area.

Officers investigated and found an address for at least one of the suspects. Police said when they arrived at the address they found items that had been taken during the robbery.

They also said they encountered several suspects who they confirmed to be involved.

Editor's note: A previous version of this article said police reported that the 17-year-old from Severn was charged as an adult. While he was originally charged as an adult, he ultimately was only handed a juvenile citation. His name and mug shot have been removed.
