Bonefish Grill at the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre will open later this month, but not before holding a special charity night to benefit Opportunity Builders Inc.

The restaurant is inviting the public to a special event–reservations required–on Jan. 19 with proceeds to support the charity. Opportunity Builders Inc. provides employment training and services to adults with developmental disabilities. 

From 6-8:30 p.m., attendees will be able to sample from the Bonefish Grill menu and wine list. Reservations are required.

Bonefish Grill will hold its grand opening two days later on Jan. 21.
