As Patch reported last week, the Odenton Town Center Plan Oversight Committee will meet Tuesday night, and has a full agenda.
The complete draft agenda is attached.
Key items include:
- A presentation from High's Dairy Store on plans for a new location on Annapolis Road near Charter Oaks Boulevard.
- An update on plans for apartments near North Patuxent Road and Becknel Avenue. The committee could make a final vote on whether to recommend the plan.
- An update on plans from the State Highway Administration on plans for the widening of Maryland Route 175 in Odenton.
- A presentation from Sally Shoemaker of the Odenton Heritage Society regarding the town's historic district and its role in the development of the Odenton Town Center.
