Helen - Delmont just went under contract. There are still 17 active short sales in Odenton and 15 in Severn though. I've uploaded a list of each in the pictures section above.

Thank you, Christie! Out of curiosity, how much longer does it typically take to purchase a home if it is a short sale? Does it add time due to the banks needing to agree on the sale price?
The status of the one on Delmont must have just changed.
