185 for Heroes Announces 4th Annual Event

Odenton resident Don Snook and his brother, Dan, cross the finish line of the 185 For Heroes Run in August, 2011. The pair ran 185 miles over the course of a week along the Chesapeake and Ohio Trail, braving muddy conditions, heavy rains and injuries to raise thousands of dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project.

185 for Heroes has just set our date for our 4th Annual event and have just accepted a new runner, Army Sergeant First Class David Brown! Since it's creation in 2010, 185 for Heroes has raised over $41,000 for wounded veterans!

We are also looking for runners and bikers to fill our 4th annual 185 team. Please reach out to your network and ask if anyone is interested or has interest in forming a virtual team, which can team together to run a collaborative 185 miles during the event and raise funds and awareness for Operation Second Chance.
